All our services are available on a pay as you go basis, charged at an hourly rate as you use the service.

Ultimate Fast-Track People Package 

A comprehensive audit of your people management and HR approach 
Working with you to develop an HR strategy to achieve your business goals 
Up to 12 hours 1:1 coaching or group training over 6 months with management team members to upskill you, drive forward your HR strategy, or empower you to resolve people issues 
We'll revise and update your HR policies and contracts to meet your business needs and deliver your HR strategy Unlimited HR support via telephone and email throughout the 6 month package 
This is a 6-month package to fast-track a rapid improvement in your people management skills and approach, so that you can feel more confident about managing people and making HR-related decisions about your business. 
 
At the end of the 6 month period, you can go your own way, or transfer onto our basic HR retained package, so you have the peace of mind of knowing help is still only a phone call away.
