What is a Virtual HR Director – and does your business need one?

Focused upskilling of your management team, so they can lead with confidence and a human touch, while still achieving and surpassing business goals.
Sorting out those underlying niggles, team issues and long-running gripes that are stopping people from working at their best
Regular focus groups or temperature checks with team members, so you know you have the right employment offer, and the best working culture, and can attract and retain the very best talent.
How is this different from the other retainers I offer?
This one is really special. It’s a proactive partnership between us to drive real change in the way your business operates.
You’ll get all the services in my other retainers, including up to date employment contracts and policies, telephone support for specific issues, and regular updates.
But you’ll also get the strategic change management that you need to get you to where you want to be, while bringing your team with you.
You’ll have a highly experienced, professional HR Director working for you, but at a fraction of the cost of a full-time director.
I’ll be a frequent presence at your senior management meetings, and will work with your management team to help them deliver the changes they need in their teams.
We’ll identify your talent pool, and work out how to grow them.
We’ll put the right HR frameworks in place across your organisation, so that HR supports and promotes the growth of your business.
I’ll upskill your managers to use the frameworks to deal with HR issues quickly, confidently and professionally.
And I will be your critical friend throughout, challenging you, supporting you and encouraging you to make the changes you know your business needs.

What is the investment?
Fees start from £1500 per month, for a minimum of 12 months. I will be able to quote an accurate fee after speaking with you and fully understanding the changes you are looking to make.
You should also be prepared to invest time to work with me to develop and deliver the changes that we agree.
Anything else I need to know?
This is an intensive HR intervention, involving a significant investment of time, and for that reason I only operate a maximum of three Virtual HR Director retainers at any time.
